The mounting rail must be perpendicular to the long frame of the panel.
The 120-cell module is mounted with four inner holes with maximum mechanical
loads of 5400 Pa snow (front) and 2400 Pa wind (rear).
Mounting with clamps from top to bottom: Third-party clamps designed for
photovoltaic panel mounting structures are an accepted mounting method.
The modules must be fixed using clamps applied to the upper part of the long
parts of the frame. A clamp holds two modules, except for the clips at the
beginning and end of a row of modules. The center line of the clamps must be
in line with the positions of the mounting holes plus or minus a distance of 50
mm. The module clamps must not come into contact with the front glass and
must not deform the frame. The module frame must not be modified in any
way.
The value of the applied torque must be high enough to fix the modules
constantly. The tightening torque of the screws should be between 16N ∙ m
and 24N ∙ m.
