less high). Check that the chimney is
always vertical, otherwise reposition it .
Engage the removable tray B onto
the lugs of the mincing head feeder
tube.
Plug in your appliance;it is ready for use.
Use
Prepare the food (washed, destoned
and chopped if necessary so that they
can pass through the feeder tube).
Never introduce fruit with stones or
with thick peel such as citrus fruits,
melon, pineapple, etc.
Place a container under the juice
collector to collect the juice.
Place a second container, at the end
of the coulis collector, to collect the
dry extract (skin, pips, etc.).
Press position "1" of button D to ope-
rate the appliance, place the pieces
on the tray and slide them one by
one into the feeder tube using the
pusher C.
Never push food into the feeder tube
with your fingers or another utensil.

CLEANING
MINCING HEAD (A)
• Unplug the appliance before car-
rying out any cleaning. Turn the
mincing head A to the right and
pull towards you to detach it from
the motor unit E.
• To dismantle the mincing head A,
remove the pusher C and the tray
B, unscrew the nut A5, remove the
disc A4, the blade A3 and the
screw A2.
Facing the motor unit, which should
be unplugged, insert the storage
unit G1 inclined to the right, aligning
the ears on the storage unit with the
openings on the motor unit E. Insert
the stem protruding from the storage
unit G1 into the shaft of the motor
unit E.Turn the feed tube of the storage
unit G1 to the left until it reaches
the stop. Take the chosen drum G3,
and insert it into the storage unit
G1 by rotating it slightly until it is
fully engaged in the bottom of the
housing.
Use

Plug in and start your appliance.
Place the food in the feeder tube
of the storage unit G1 and press
with the pusher G2, while feeding
regularly.
Never push with your fingers or any
other utensil.
Do not put your fingers into the drums

For the grater function, remove
cheese rind beforehand.
• Handle the sharp parts with care.
• Wash all of the parts in hot soapy
water, rinse and dry thoroughly.
• Never allow water into the motor
unit E. Simply wipe it with a slightly
damp cloth.
• Do not put the mincing head A into
the dishwasher (that is, the body
A1, screw A2, nut A5, blade A3, and
discs A4).
