Problems
WARNING
•
If the problem is not solved by consulting the table below, proceed as follows:
1. Switch off the unit.
2. Remove the plug from the outlet.
3. Close the water supply.
4.
Contact your supplier/service agency. Make sure you have the following data at hand:
model and serial number.

If the lead is damaged, immediately contact your supplier/service agency.
•
All windows used in the unit are made of tempered glass with a reflecting layer. Use the
same material when windows need replacement.
•
The required electric diagrams are to be fount in the electric area.

Problem
The heating element colours

Action
•
Remove the plug from the outlet.
•
Have the fault corrected.
•
Remove the plug from the outlet.
•
Open the door.
•
Remove the rear panel (see chapter 5.3)
and check if the fan can rotate freely.
•
Open and close the door.
•
Check the fuses and the earth leakage
switch in the meter cupboard.
•
Check the water connection.
•
Place the oven in a horizontal position
such that the closing pins fall into the
door hinges.
•
Check if the door switch is not
positioned too far to the outside.
•
Reduce the number of steam pulses.
