Suited especially for fish, vegetables like asparagus and broccoli florets, and dumplings.

Fill at least 500 ml of
water into the bowl. This
quantity is sufficient for
a steaming duration of
approx. 30 minutes.

Set the lid onto the steam-
ing top.
Note:
The seal ring must be inserted at the bottom of the steaming top.

Set the steaming top onto
the bowl and lock it.

Close the bowl and set the
appliance to 100 to 120 °C.
Possibly reduce the speed
to 1.

Fill the food onto the tray
and set the tray into the
steamer basket.
