Troubleshooting

My Primo display is showing 'DRY'
You have started Primo without filling it with water or it has boiled dry during operation. To
reset Primo:
1. Unplug Primo and allow the unit to cool down for 10 minutes.
2. Fill with water and follow the setup instructions on page 7 of this manual.
My Primo display is showing 'TRIP'
The over temperature protection has tripped because Primo has overheated:
1. Unplug Primo and allow the unit to cool down for 10 minutes.
2. Fill with water and follow the setup instructions on page 7 of this manual.
My Primo display is showing 'POST'
Primo is still too hot to operate:
1. Unplug Primo and allow it to cool for a further 20 minutes.
2. If the display continues to show 'POST' then the unit has been damaged and should be returned
for repair/replacement.
I wish to change the temperature scale
1. Follow the instructions on page 8, titled ''Setting the temperature''.
