Setting the timer

Primo has a countdown timer function which will countdown from the set time. When the time
has elapsed, Primo will hold the temperature at the set point so food does not become cold.
Once Primo has achieved its set cooking temperature, the heater light will begin to flash as it
maintains the temperature.
Note: If large pieces of food are added, additional heating time may be required before Primo
reaches the set cooking temperature.
Press the Time Mode/Set button (see page 4), the display will show '00:00' with the hours flashing.
Turn the adjustment wheel to the desired number of hours.
Press Time Mode/Set again and set the minutes. Press the Time Set/Mode button again and it will
display 'Set'.
The display will alternate between the actual water temperature and the time remaining.
When the time has elapsed the display will show 'End' and Primo will maintain its set cooking
temperature. The 'End' message can be cleared by pressing any button.
The time can be adjusted whilst in cooking mode.
To cancel the timer set the time to '00:00'.
Note: If you wish to set a time of less than 1 hour the time display will show minutes & seconds.
