Possible cause
The appliance is pressed against
skin too hard.

Hair dust has accumulated.
The skin protector or discs are
deformed, cracked, or damaged.
The appliance is pressed against

The appliance is not applied at a
90° angle to your skin.
Hair dust has accumulated.
The blade is deformed.

Action
Contact to skin with gentle force.
Fully charge the appliance.
Use on hair approximately 2 to 3 mm
long.
Make the epilation head surface
