•Position the male end of the buckle with the ribbed side up,
as shown.
• Thread the end of the waist belt up through the slot closest
to the prongs (A).
• Continue to thread the waist belt down through the other
slot (B).
• Pull the free end of the waist belt to adjust (C).
Care Labels
Plastic Tab
• Place the pad over the seat with the care labels at the head
of the seat.
• Note the location of the plastic tabs (one on each side of
the pad).
Slots
• Lift the foot of the pad.
•Insert both ends of the waist belt through the slots in the
underside of the pad.

Shield Belt
• Insert the restraint shield belt through the slot in the top of
the pad.
"T" End
• Lift the foot of the pad.
• Fold the "T" end of the restraint shield belt flat and insert it
through the slot in the seat.
• Pull up on the restraint shield belt to be sure it is securely
in place.
Fastener Straps
Slots
•Insert the fastener straps through the slots in the seat
•Lift the foot of the Cradle Rocker Seat.
•Attach the fastener straps to the underside of the seat
