• That proof of original purchase of the product is provided,
• That the proof of the good working order of the product at the time of the resale is
brought,
• That the conditions for the implementation of the guarantee set out in these terms and
conditions are met.
It is specified that the resale of the product has no effect on the warranty period remaining
at the date of resale. Thus, the buyer of the resold product can claim the benefit of the Adeo
Services warranty within the limit of the remaining period of validity of the said warranty at
the date of the resale.
The guaranteed products must be installed in rooms with normal living conditions. The
products must be installed according to the instructions in the supplied installation manual
and must be used in accordance with their intended purpose. The fabric can be cleaned with
a damp cloth (with water, without detergent, do not machine wash, do not iron).
Exclusion of warranty: Special conditions
1. Motor and its internal mechanism: 5 years
Defects or deterioration resulting from:
• inappropriate use of the product;
• negligence or insufficient maintenance of the product by the customer;
• modifications or repairs carried out on the product by the customer or a third party
commissioned by the customer;
• improper storage or warehousing conditions;
• installation of the product in a damp, unventilated indoor environment or outdoors (re-
sulting in corrosion);
• assembly/disassembly of the product not in accordance with the recommendations in
the manual;
• defects in appearance resulting from the application of an unsuitable finishing or main-
tenance product;
2. battery, charger and charger cable: 2 years
Defects or deterioration resulting from:
• inappropriate electrical charging, e.g. use of a non-original charger
3. remote control: 2 years
Defects or damage resulting from:
• inappropriate use of the product;
• negligence or insufficient maintenance of the product by the customer;
• modifications or repairs to the product by the customer or a third party commissioned
by the customer;
• improper storage or warehousing conditions;
• installation of the product in a damp, unventilated indoor or outdoor environment
4. Fabric: 10 years
• natural colouring or fading of the fabric due to exposure to light;
• holes, stains, defibration of the fabric...which could result from impact or rubbing with
blunt objects;
• defects in appearance resulting from the application of an unsuitable finishing or main-
tenance product.
