1 - INTRODUCTION
• Parts with manufacturing defects will be repaired or replaced free of charge.
• Labour and transport costs are excluded from the warranty.
• All the parts subject to wear (belts, filters, blades, seals, etc.) are excluded from the warranty.
• Costs of interventions performed by the manufacturer's personnel (inspections, disassembling and assembling
operations) caused by a wrong use of the product are not included in the warranty.
• The manufacturer's Technical Service personnel will indicate which replacements and/or repairs will be carried
out under warranty, and their decision is final.
• The Company shall not be held responsible for any injury or damage caused to people, animals or objects, due
to improper use or maintenance of the products. The warranty is limited to the manufacture defects.
• The warranty becomes void in case of tampering and/or even small changes carried out without the
manufacturer's Technical Staff permission and in case of use of non-original spare parts.
• In any case the replacement of the product is not included in the warranty.
WARNING!
For warranty claims, according to the above-mentioned points, it is necessary to enclose the warranty
card properly filled-in and the corresponding document with the date of purchase (invoice or any other
official document).

2.1.1 Results of the tests made according to the Laws

ELECTROMAGNETIC COMPATIBILITY LEVEL
The tool complies with the 2004/108/CE electromagnetic compatibility Directive.
Warning!
The compliance with the working environment safety and health regulations indicated by the current
laws (2003/10/EC Directive, 2002/44/EC Directive and 81/2008 Law Decrete) have to be carried out either
by the employer or by the end-user: supplying the adequate individual protecting devices, informing
about the safety risks, performing sanitary survey, etc...

2.1.2 General precautions

WARNING!
• The tool is for a professional use only
• Use the tool only while standing on the ground in a safe and stable position.
• Always use adequate clothing as called for by the job. Wear tight clothing. Do not wear ties, necklaces
or belts which may get caught in moving parts. Use goggles, safety shoes and anti-vibration gloves
(picture C).
• Do not operate, service or repair the equipment if you are under the influence of alcohol or drugs which
could impair your alertness or co-ordination.
