Be careful of the direction of the steam nozzle as steam can cause scalding.
In the interests of safety, only use accessories and consumables certified by KRUPS for your appliance.
Appropriate Use
This automatic coffee / espresso machine must only be used to prepare espresso or coffee, to heat water and froth up milk.
This appliance is intended to be used in household and similar applications: (maximum of 3000 cycles a year) such as:
- Staff kitchen areas in shops, offices and other working environments;
- Farm houses;
- By clients in hotels, motels and other residential type environments;
- Bed and breakfast type environments.
This automatic coffee / espresso machine has not been designed for commercial or professional use. Its use, other than described
in this manual, does not comply with the requirements and may result in bodily injury and property damage, as well as in damage
to or destruction of the appliance.
Important If the unpacked appliance is dropped, it is advisable to have it inspected by an authorised Service Dealer.
The original receipt as a proof of purchase is required to make a guarantee claim. Without this receipt, KRUPS is not obliged to
perform guarantee service.
Plant Inspection
Your appliance has been inspected and tested before leaving the factory. Despite all the attention paid to cleaning, it is possible
that you will find residual coffee in the coffee grinder and / or drops of coffee on the grid of the drip tray. Thank you for your
understanding. It is advisable to rinse the circuits out at least once before first use or after the coffee machine has not been used
for several days.
