Please read these instructions carefully prior to carrying out assembly and using for the first time. They contain information
which is important for your safety as well as for the use and maintenance of the appliance.
Keep these instructions in a safe place for reference purposes, maintenance work and to assist you when ordering spare parts.
Your safety
The appliance may only be used for its intended purpose, i.e.
for the safekeeping of dumbbells.
No other use is permitted and may be dangerous. The manu-
facturer cannot be held responsible for damage caused as a re-
sult of inappropriate use.
Improper repair procedures and structural changes (disassem-
bly of original parts, attachment of inadmissible parts, etc.)
may pose a threat for the user.
Damaged parts may detract from your safety and reduce the
service life of the appliance. Ensure, therefore, that damaged
or worn parts are replaced at once and withdraw the applian-
ce from general use until it has been repaired. Use only origi-
nal KETTLER spare parts as required.
Handling
Ensure that training does not commence before assembly has
been carried out and checked.
We advise against the use of the appliance in the immediate
proximity of damp rooms because of the risk of rust formation.
Ensure that no parts of the appliance are exposed to fluids
(drinks, sweat, etc.) as this could lead to corrosion.
The appliance has been designed for adults and is not suitable
for use by children for play purposes. Please bear in mind that
children's natural urge to play coupled with their temperament
may create unforeseen situations, for which the manufacturer
will not be held responsible. If, however, you permit the use of
the appliance by children, they are to be shown how to use it
correctly and they are to be supervised.

Carry out an inspection of all appliances approx. every 1 to 2
months, paying particular attention to screws and nuts.
Draw the attention of all persons present (in particular children)
to potential danger during exercises.
All operations on/instances of handling of the appliance which
are not described here may potentially cause damage or pose
a threat to the safety of persons. All such operations of a more
extensive nature as are required to be carried out on the ap-
pliance may only be conducted by the KETTLER service division
or by specialist personnel trained by KETTLER.
If in doubt, and should you have queries, please contact your
specialist dealer.
Please observe the maximum admissible load of 150 kg.

appliance, always check all screw and plug-in connections and
ensure that the various safety features are firmly in place.
It is not permissible to set up the appliance in heavily frequen-
ted rooms or in the proximity of primary directions of movement
(doors, passageways, etc.).
The appliance should be set up on a level and shockproof sur-
face.
Before assembling the equipment, study the drawings carefully
and carry out the operations in the order shown by the dia-
