15. Troubleshooting

CAUSE
Activating the main power
switch does not illuminate the
temperature controller display.
When the main power switch
is turned to position 2 "ON",
the red LED "resistor
activation" does not light up.
When the main power switch
is turned to position 2 "ON",
the "heating element
activation" LED lights up,
but after 2 minutes of
preheating, the temperature
set by the temperature
controller does not rise.
The unit is leaking
compressed air
Led "ready"
does not light up
SOLUTION
- Check if the power supply and electrical
connections are correct.
- If not, contact SAGOLA S.A.U. Customer Service.
- Check the electrical connections.
- Check whether the temperature controller
settings correspond to the "default" values.
If not, adjust the controller settings.
- Check if the air flow is sufficient for the
activation of the flow switch, if not, increase
the air pressure at the inlet of the unit.
- Check if the flow switch is working properly and
is in the correct position. If not, contact SAGOLA
S.A.U. Customer Service.
- Contact SAGOLA S.A.U. Customer Service.
- Possible malfunction in the thermal fuse.
Replace the fuse before the following
conformation:
- Possible malfunction in the heating element.
- Check the locking of all connecting parts.
- Replace damaged or deformed seals.
- Check that the temperature controller settings
correspond to the "default" values. If not, adjust
the values of the controller.
- Check if the temperature set by the temperatu-
re controller is within the limits ± 3ºC
