Problems
The working path and
map of Wisor is abnor-
mal.
Wisor can not
connect to Alexa or
google home.
Wisor is bouncing up
and down.
Wisor Stops working
suddenly.
Attention:
All the referred trade marks: Alexa, google home, google play, Apple, APP
store etc, the trademarks belong to its registered company in the correspond
countries or areas.
• Remove the objects, such as cables, shoes from the floor.
• Clean the Infrared sensors and bumper with soft cloth.
• Keep the wheels dry, the path of Wisor will be abnormal if the
wheels are wet.
• Upgrade the latest version of firmware through APP setting.
• Reboot Wisor by turning off/on the main power switch.
• Make sure users have installed Alexa or google home app.
• Make sure users have followed the guide of connection
from APP.
• Check if the L and R brush installed in reverse, if yes, reinstall
them properly.
• Check the battery power.
• Make sure the cleaning mode is not in the Spot Cleaning .
Wisor will work only 30 seconds in the Spot Cleaning mode.
• Check the working conditions and make sure Wisor is not
trapped by obstacles.
• Reboot Wisor by turning off/on the main power switch.
