6.TROUBLESHOOTING

Cause
Suction filter clogging
Failure of the loadless-start
the valve
Overload cutout tripped
(SINGLE-PHASE)
Heat relay tripped
(THREE-PHASE)
Winding burnt out.
Wrong operation or pressure
relief valve for loadless
running broken.
Belt is slipping
Compressor head gasket
broken or valve faulty.
Bearing or bush seizure.
Pressure relief valve for
loadless running faulty
Fuel has finished
Remedy
Clean the suction filter or replace if
damaged
Replace the valve
Power off through the pressure
switch, then press the restart button
If the overload cutout or the relay trip
again, contact a specialised
technician.
