Read these instructions completely before operating or programming the Control Panel.
OPERATION OF CONTROL PANEL
The Variable Speed pool pump features a Control Panel that displays the Current Time, Operating Status, Motor Speed, and Time Period with
Start and End Times.
The Control Panel can be set to MANUAL, which allows manual control of pump speed, or to AUTOMATIC which allows you to set a Custom
Operation Schedule. Up to 4 different time periods per day can be scheduled using different operating speeds.

Pump Operation Modes
There are two modes of operation: MANUAL and AUTOMATIC (shown as AUTO on the display).
When the pump is running in either mode, the AUTO button on the Keypad will turn the pump OFF. Pressing the AUTO button again will switch
from the current mode to the other mode.
Example 1:
Pump running, display shows MANUAL:
Press AUTO turns the pump off.
Press AUTO again starts the pump in AUTOMATIC mode.
DEFAULT SCHEDULE
(AUTOMATIC Mode)
Period 1 - High Speed, 3500 RPM
08:00 - 14:00 (= 8:00 am - 2:00 pm)
Period 2 - High Speed, 3500 RPM
14:00 - 18:00 (= 2:00 - 6:00 pm)
Period 3 – OFF
18:00-21:00 (= 6:00 - 9:00 pm)
Periods 4– OFF
0:00-04:59 (= 12: 00 am - 4:59 am)
DISPLAY SETTINGS
1. Current Time.
2. Current Speed in RPMs.
3. Time Period / Start Time - End Time
Military Time is used for accuracy.
4. Working Mode: either MANUAL or AUTO
AUTO on the display indicates AUTOMATIC.
5. Impeller rotation speed = LOW, MEDIUM or HIGH.
KEYPAD Buttons
AUTO - functions as ON and OFF, and switches between MANUAL
and AUTOMATIC modes.
LOW – 1200 RPM
MEDIUM – 2000 RPM
HIGH – 3500 RPM
UP ARROW – adjusts TIME and SPEED settings
DOWN ARROW – adjusts TIME and SPEED settings
ENTER – activates each setting when programming the AUTOMATIC
Mode, and will toggle through the display of each Time Period.
MENU – starts the AUTO Mode programming sequences, and turns
the LCD backlight ON and OFF.
FACTORY RESET – Reset the pump settings by pressing down on
both arrows and holding them until the LCD display light turns off and
on again.
Example 2:
Pump running, display shows AUTO:
Press AUTO turns the pump off.
Press AUTO again starts the pump in MANUAL mode.
