TROUBLESHOOTING
Problem
The appliance does
not power on when
plugged into mains
The status LED
keeps on flashing
red
The charging mode
cannot be selected /
The MODE button
does not work
Possible cause
The power cord has been
incorrectly plugged into
mains.
Voltage too low / Incorrect
connection of the charging
leads to the battery / Mains
outlet defective
The MODE button assembly
has failed.
Remedy
Verify a firm seating of the
power cord plug/reseat it
firmly.
Verify proper installation of
the charging leads / Terminal
clamps on the battery/test the
appliance by plugging into
another mains outlet / Verify
voltage
Unplug the power cord from
the mains. Replug. If the
problem persists, contact the
manufacturer's service.
