The product is designed for use with compressed air source. Take special care and
observe the principles of safe compressed air source usage.
3.4.1. GRAVITATIONAL OIL DRAINING:
1. Lift the vehicle (make sure it is properly secured).
2. Place the drainer under the vehicle in such a manner that the funnel bowl of the
product is located directly under the oil tank.
3. Open the oil inlet vale on the drain pipe and unscrew the oil drain cap on the oil
tank of the vehicle.
4. Control the oil draining process, particularly the drain tank filling level.
5. After completing the task screw the draining plug on, close the inlet vale and
remove the product from under the vehicle.
3.4.2. PNEUMATIC OIL DRAINING:
VACUUM PRESSURE GENERATION IN THE CONTROL TANK:
1. Check if all valves of the device are closed.
2. Connect the pressure hose to the connection [8] downstream of the manometer.
3. Open the compressed air supply valve.
4. When the device pressure gauge indicates between the red and green zones,
terminate the compressed air supply and close the valve of the compressed air
supply.
CAUTION! Do not allow the pressure in the tank to drop excessively (when the
pressure gauge needle shows the red field).
It may cause damage to the device.
PUMPING OUT USED OIL INTO THE DEVICE:
1. Make sure that vacuum pressure is present in the control tank and the drain
valve of the control tank is closed.
2. Select the end of the suction hose (probe) with the appropriate diameter to
insert it into the hole in the vehicle's oil tank and install it on the suction hose.
3. Insert the suction hose end (the probe) into the opening of the vehicle oil tank.
4. Open the suction hose valve to pump the oil to the control tank of the device.
When pumping the oil out the pressure in the control chamber increases.
CAUTION! Make sure that the temperature of the oil being pumped out is not
higher than 60
o
C. If the temperature is higher the device can become damaged.
POURING THE USED OIL FROM THE CONTROL TANK TO THE DRAIN TANK:
1. Make sure that the supply of compressed air to the device is closed.
