4. Large loss of cable voltage
5. Stator winding is
burnt out
1. Head too high.
2. Rope and inlet clogged
3. Impeller severely worn.
4. Possible air chamber in pump body.
5. Impeller rotating in reverse direction.
1. Circuit breaker disconnected or fuse
blown.
2. Clogged impeller
3. Stator winding is
burnt out
1. The electric pump runs too long with
an incorrect phase.
2. Winding rotation short-circuit or
short-circuit between phases due to
mechanical seal breakage.
3. Clogged impeller.

SOLUTION
1. Adjust the voltage to 0.9 - 1.1 the
nominal range.
2. Check switch, terminal, cable.
3. Adjust the capped position.
4. Choose the right cable.
5. Rewind and check.
1. That within the nominal range of the
head.
2. Remove water weeds and other
foreign matter.
3. Replace impeller.
4. Adjust the submersible depth to no
less than 0.5m.
5. Interchange two phases
1. Check whether the head in use or the
supply voltage is in accordance with the
requirements and adjust accordingly.
2. Remove the external material.
3. Rewind and check
Eliminate problems, disassemble by
rewinding, apply insulating varnish or
send to service.
