 After 5 seconds, you will hear an unlocking sound and
the door lock mark in the screen will disappear, and
then you can open the door.
 Add the additional laundry into the drum.
 If you force the door open, you may cause damage to
the washing machine.
 If you open the door when the drum is full of bubbles
and water, they will flow out.
 When the inner drum is running, there is a lot of water
and its temperature is above 45ºC. Because of this, the
door cannot be forced open. If you want to open it,
please, follow the instructions below:
 Press the start/pause button to start the washing
machine. It is normal to hear a "clicking" sound, which
means that the door has locked. If the error "dE"
appears, please, use your hand to push and shut the
door. Then, press the start/pause button twice to start
the washing machine again.
9. Eliminate sounds: Press the prewash button for 3 seconds to
disable or restore the washing machine sounds.
10. Power-off Memory: In case of abrupt power failure or if the
power must be cutoff during a program cycle, the present
- Wait until the inner drum has stopped running.
- Wait until the water temperature has cooled
down to below 45ºC. After 5 minutes, you will be
able to open the door.
- If there is a lot of water inside of the inner drum,
please, restart the washing machine and press
the spin speed butting to drain it out. Then, you
will be able to open the door.
