4. OPERATION
BEFORE FIRST USE

Check if all the parts and accessories are present and undamaged.

To remove any manufacturing odors, set the bread maker to program
for 10 minutes without any ingredients. Allow to cool and then clean all parts
according to the instructions in the CLEANING AND CARE section.
3.
Dry all parts thoroughly and assemble for use.
MEASURING INGREDIENTS
To make good bread you need to measure ingredients accurately using the measuring
equipment provided.
Measuring cup
■
Use the measuring cup for liquids such as water, milk or dry ingredients. Tap dry
ingredients to make them level. Place your eyes horizontal to the ingredient level
for accurate measuring.

Clean the measuring cup between measuring different ingredients i.e. oil and water.
Measuring spoon
■
Fill the measuring spoon compactly. Use a knife across the top of the spoon to
create a level measurement.
