Steel cage wheels
These wheels are specially designed to be used with the two-wheel tractor
mounting the rotary hoe on hard ground. The crosspieces on the wheels
perimeter penetrate the ground, and assure good griping of the machine
to the earth, and prevent slippage. Cage wheels are profitable to use only
in these conditions. Otherwise it is better to use pneumatic wheels which,
if there is no severe problem of adherence, give the machine a steadier
traction and form a flexible buffer between it and the ground. These wheels
are available with diameter 43 cm (see next pict.).
Wheel spacers |
Ref. 5159SBW01 EXTENSIÓN RUEDA / WHEEL ATACHMENT
These spacers are used to widen the track and thus increase the stability
of the machine on sloping ground. They are mounted between the wheels
and the hubs and widen the track by 6 cm on each side. They are necessary
to fit wheels 5.00-10" on the two-wheels tractor.
Ballasts for wheels |
Ref. 5159EWW02
These ballasts are used to make the machine heavier and to have therefore
a higher attractive force. They must be fixed to the wheel hubs with two of
the four nuts fastening the wheels.
Ballasts for cutter bar |
This ballast can be used to balance the bar without mounting the
implement extension.
