SETTINGS
The table below will help you select the basic settings for the food you are frying.
These settings are for reference only as time and temperature may slightly vary depending
on the size, shape and weight of the food.
Tips:
Larger foodstuffs or larger amounts of food require a longer cooking time.
Premade dough requires a shorter cooking time than home-made dough.
Shaking the food halfway during cooking time prevents uneven frying.
Add ½ teaspoon of oil over fresh potatoes and mingle for a crispy result.
Do not prepare extremely greasy foodstuffs such as sausages in the air fryer.
Snacks that can be cooked in the oven can also be cooked in the air fryer.
The optimal amount to cook crispy chips is 500 g.
Place a baking tin or oven dish in the air fryer basket to bake cakes and quiches.
You can reheat food: set the temperature to 150°C for 10 minutes.
