Installing Light
To prevent SERIOUS INJURY or DEATH from electrocution:
- Disconnect power cord before installing/replacing light bulb.
To prevent possible OVERHEATING or damage to Opener:
- Use ONLY A19 (E26) incandescent bulbs (100W max.).
- DO NOT use short neck or specialty light bulbs.
- DO NOT use halogen bulbs
Light Lens
Emergency Release Handle
To prevent SERIOUS INJURY or DEATH from a falling garage door:
- In case of power failure or door obstruction, PULL EMERGENCY HANDLE to release door from
Opener.
- When Emergency Release is in the released position, the door can be operated manually.
- To reconnect, flip the lever on the Trolley towards Opener, back to Connect position, it will reconnect
automatically upon pressing Door Control Console or Remote Control.
- DO NOT use Emergency handle to pull the door open or closed.
Emergency Realease Handle
WARNING
To install light bulb:
1. Install a standard A19 (E26) 100 watt maximum light bulb.
2. Attach the light lens.
NOTICE: When changing the bulb, make sure the Opener bulb
has cooled down to prevent injury.
To remove the light lens, insert a screw driver between the side
of the lens and opener cover, pry and pull the light lens from the
top and detach it from the opener.
WARNING

Safety Notice

Mount the emergency release within reach, but at least 6 feet
above the floor and avoiding contact with vehicles to avoid
accidental release.
