Press the ON-OFF button on the remote con-
trol.
Press the SLEEP button and the symbol " "
will be shown on the display.
The SLEEP LED on the internal unit lights up,
the RUN LED fl ashes 10 times, after which
both LEDs turn off.
Both LEDs turn on again for 10 seconds if the
temperature or the direction of the fl ap are
changed.
This function may only be set in the COOL-
ING, HEATING, DEHUMIDIFICATION operat-
ing modes.
The SLEEP function adjusts the tempera-
ture automatically in order to make the room
more comfortable at night. The unit stops au-
tomatically after 8 hours of operating.
If the TIMER OFF function is set, with shut
down programmed within the 8 hours, the
machine will shut down at the time defi ned
by the timer.
The fan speed is automatically set to low.
The temperature and direction of the fl ap
may be changed as desired.
If the unit works in cooling mode for 1 con-
secutive hours, the set temperature increas-
es by 1°C at the most, after which it is kept
constant (*).
If the unit works in heating mode for 1 con-
secutive hours, the set temperature decreas-
es by 3°C at the most, after which it is kept
constant.
* NOTE
In cooling mode, if the temperature is 26°C
or above, the set temperature will not be
changed.
