5.2.1 Regulations for electrical
connection
General information
The UltraVent condensation hood
n
must be connected to an electrical
supply in line with standards in your
country.
Before you disconnect the unit from
n
the mains or reconnect it to the mains,
make sure that the unit is switched off
to prevent the UltraVent condensation
hood from running.
The condensation hood must be fused
n
with a maximum of 16 A by the cus-
tomer.
Notes on the connection cable
The condensation hood must be
n
equipped with a power cable approx-
imately 2 metres long.
A separate power plug must be in-
n
stalled.
If the connection cable needs to be re-
n
placed, use a H05 RN-F 3 x 1.5 mm
quality cable.
The mains power cable may only be
n
replaced by qualified personnel au-
thorised by the manufacturer.
5.2.2 Connecting the bus cable
Combi-Duo: With a Combi-Duo super-
structure, the bus cable is first connected
in the upper unit as described below.

The condensation hood is installed on
