PRODUCT CHARACTERISTICS

The meat grinder is used to grind meat quickly and effi ciently. The meat must be free of hard bones and cartilage. Depending
on the number of cutting plates in the cutting unit, you can obtain smoother ground meat. Thanks to the many cutting plates with
decreasing opening diameters, the meat is ground more precisely than with machines equipped with only one cutting plate. The
correct, reliable and safe operation of the appliance depends on its proper use therefore:
Read and keep the entire manual before the fi rst use of the product.
The supplier will not be held liable for any damage resulting from failure to observe the safety regulations and recommendations
specifi ed in this manual.

The delivered product is complete but requires a number of preliminary actions described further in the manual.

SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

Caution! Read all of the following instructions. Failure to do so may result in an electric
shock, fi re or personal injury.
FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS BELOW
The product is intended only for meat grinding. The meat must be prepared for grinding by
removing the skin, bones and cartilage.
Do not grind frozen meat. Do not grind other food products.
Do not use the product in an explosive environment containing fl ammable liquids, gases or
vapours.
The product should be set on fl at, even and hard surfaces. Do not place the product near
heat or fi re sources. Position the product so as to ensure proper ventilation around it. Do not
cover the ventilation openings in the product housing. Maintain a distance of 10 cm around
the product. Ensure enough room over the product to enable its free operation. Place the
product so as to allow easy access to the electrical outlet to which the its power cord plug is
inserted. The placement should also provide free access to the product off switch.
Connect the product only to a power network providing the voltage and frequency indicated
on the nameplate of the appliance.
The plug of the power cord must match the power socket. Do not modify the plug. Do not
use any adapters to fi t the plug to the socket. An unmodifi ed plug, which matches the socket,
reduces the risk of an electric shock.
After each application, unplug the power cord plug from the socket.
Avoid direct contact with grounded surfaces such as piping, radiators and refrigerators.
Grounding of the body increases the risk of electrocution.
The product is intended for indoor use only. Do not expose the product to any precipitation or
moisture. If water and moisture enter the product, the risk of an electric shock is signifi cantly
increased. Do not immerse the product in water or any other liquid.
Do not overload the power cord. Do not use the power cord to carry the product, connect or
disconnect the plug from the socket. Avoid any contact between the power cord and heat
sources, oil, sharp edges or moving parts. Damage to the power cord increases the risk of an
