Attach the left and right upper brackets to the
pull-up bar with the pre-assembled screws and
place the plastic cover on the end of the screw.
Insert the upper bracket into the verticle support.
To set the height, you can choose from three
possible positions which are clearly marked with
lines. After selecting the required height, lock the
bracket to the support with M10x65 screw knob.
Attach the leg support to the upper crossbar with
M10x45 screws and washers (both sides, 1 large
washer for the inside and one small washer for the
outside) and nuts.
