PLEASE READ ALL INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE USING THE PRODUCT.
1. SK magic warrants that this product will be free from defects in materials or
workmanship for a period of two (2) years from the date of purchase. This
2-year limited warranty applies to the repair or replacement of the product
found to be defective in material or workmanship. This warranty does not
cover damage resulting from commercial, abusive, unreasonable use, or
supplemental damage, and it is subject to the limitations below.
SK MAGIC IS NOT LIABLE FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES
OF ANY NATURE.
ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A
PARTICULAR PURPOSE FOR THIS PRODUCT IS LIMITED TO THE DURATION OF
THIS WARRANTY.
THIS WARRANTY IS EXPRESSLY IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES,
WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AND IS THE ONLY WARRANTY PROVIDED BY
SK MAGIC FOR THE PRODUCT.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or
consequential damages, or limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts,
so the above exclusions or limitations may not apply to you.
This warranty applies only to the original purchaser of the product from
the original date of purchase, and only for products offered for sale and
purchased in the U.S.A.
THIS WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS, AND YOU MAY ALSO
HAVE OTHER RIGHTS, WHICH VARY FROM JURISDICTION TO JURISDICTION.
2. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from commercial use,
abuse, negligence, accidents, unauthorized attempts to repair, alterations
made other than SK magic or its approved contractors, criminal activity,
improper installation or maintenance, lack of maintenance, normal wear
and tear, or any other use not in accordance with the instruction manual.
This warranty does not cover damage to any product or part of the product
if any "Danger" or "Do Not Tamper" label or seal with a similar warning is
broken or tampered with.
This warranty DOES NOT cover filters, except for material or workmanship
defects.
