3. Defective products should be returned to the place of purchase in accordance
with store policy.
If you purchased your product directly from SK magic, you may return your
defective product to SK magic within the warranty period. SK magic will
repair or replace this product at its discretion if it is found to be defective in
material or workmanship. If SK magic cannot readily provide you with repairs
or a replacement, SK magic may then refund you the purchase price for the
product.
4. If you wish to return a defective product under warranty to SK magic, you
must contact SK magic customer care at 1-833-757-8200 or via email at skm_
global2@sk.com to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization ("RMA")
number.
In order to receive an RMA number, please be prepared to provide (1) your
proof of purchase, such as your original receipt, original packing slip, and/or
order; and (2) a brief explanation of the defect.
5. Once you receive an RMA number, you may deliver your product to the SK
magic Customer Service Center at 3 Sperry Road, Fairfield, NJ 07004, or to the
return address provided by SK magic when receiving your RMA number.
6. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. All returned products
must be delivered with transportation charges prepaid. Any product found
to be defective in material or workmanship will be repaired or replaced, and
returned to you, at SK magic's expense.
7. Any returned product must include a copy of your proof of purchase, the
explanation of the defect(s), and your RMA number.
8. SK magic reserves the right to refuse a warranty claim if a claimed defect
cannot be found, or if the defect is found to be from causes not covered by
the warranty. If SK magic refuses a warranty claim for these reasons, you are
responsible for the cost of delivering the product back to you.
