tabletop with 2 M6 x 16 hexagonal bolts, 2 washers 6

(9), to the frame legs (2,3,4 and 5) with 12 M6 x 16

Mount the table extension plate (8), with two struts
(11), to the tabletop and cross member with 6 M6 x 16

extension with the shorter struts)

Mount the travel fixture (16) to the rear frame legs (4
and 5) with 4 M6 x 16 hexagonal bolts, 4 washers 6,
and 4 M6 nuts. Tighten the bolts lightly by hand.

Place the machine on its feet, tighten all screws of the
table, feet and struts (except the travel fixture).

Tighten the travel fixture in position such that the
wheels lightly touch the floor.

Mount the riving knife to the saw blade as described
in the illustration. Loosen the screw slightly (do not
unscrew it completely) and tighten it again after the
adjustment. In doing so, the saw blade insert (19, Fig.
13) must be removed.

After adjusting the riving knife, refit the saw blade
insert (19) with 4 M6 x 16 flange head screws.

Fit the cover hood (20) to the splitting wedge (18) with
a round-headed M6 x 25 screw, washer 6 and M6
wing nut.

• Wear protective goggles.
• Only operate the product with a suitable chip
extraction system. Do not use household vacuum
cleaners.
1. Connect a suitable chip extraction system (not
included in the scope of delivery) to the suction
port.
ATTENTION
Check and clean the suction channels at regular
intervals.

Fasten the hook bolt with 2 washers 6, 2 M6 nuts on
the right frame leg side. The saw blade key and the
push stick are hung on it.
The two transport handles are mounted on the front
of the saw, on the left and right legs with 4 M6 x 16
hexagonal bolts, 4 washers 6, 4 M6 nuts.

• Mount the guide rail (A) to the front of the table with
2 M6 x 16 hexagonal bolts and M6 nuts (B).
• Mount 2 clamping levers (C) with 2 M6 x 25 carriage
bolts on the table and guide rail.
• Place the swivel part ( D) in the guide rail, set the
scale to 0° and tighten the clamping handle (E)
firmly. Attention! Always set the swivel part to 0
when making longitudinal cuts.
• Push the stop rail (G) with high (Fig. 18.1) or low
(Fig. 18.2) contact surface as required into the
guide screws (F) and tighten them firmly.
• Adjust the stop rail to the desired dimension and
tighten the two clamping levers (C).

• Mount the guide rail to the left side of the table with
2 M6 x 16 hexagonal bolts and 2 M6 hexagonal
nuts.
• Place the swivel part (D) in the guide rail. It must be
possible to slide the swivel part easily.
• Push the stop rail (G) with high (1) or low (2) contact
surface as required into the guide screws (F) and
tighten them firmly.
• Adjust the stop rail (G) to the desired number of
degrees from +60° to -60° and tighten the clamping
handle (E).

Attention! Pull out the mains plug and wear
protective gloves.
Loosen the wing screw from the suction hood (20)
and remove it.
