Safety Instructions
Introduction
Congratulations on the purchase of your new semi-circular arched storage tent. Should you have any questions or
need any tips, please feel free to contact our customer service team or one of our authorised trading partners. It
is important to comply with the following instructions.
Important
Please read this assembly instruction carefully before using the arched storage tent and keep it for later use. These
semi-circular arched tents are tested to withstand specific wind and snow loads. Please note the variant you have
chosen and pay attention to the weather forecast in case you need to secure and/or dismantle the tent in adequate
time.
Warning
These tents are intended as temporary structures and should therefore be dismantled before the onset of any
adverse weather conditions. Please always maintain a sufficient distance between the tent and hoses, gas or
electric cables. In order to prevent any related damage, please contact your local authority. When using suitable
heaters inside the tent (please contact your specialist dealer for further details), ensure to maintain a minimal
distance of at least 1.2m between the heater and any tarpaulin material. Under no circumstances should open
flame heaters or open fires be ignited inside the tent. The user is responsible for the correct anchoring and the
general safety of the tent. The anchoring must be checked frequently in order to ensure a safe footing, damage
prevention and the protection of third parties. Correct anchoring increases the life of the parts, as well as the
entire tent. Always wear a helmet, gloves and sturdy shoes during assembly. Some metal parts have sharp edges
and may be oily due to a rust-inhibiting treatment. In the case of snowfall, it is crucial to promptly and regularly
remove snow from the tarpaulin. The same also applies after heavy rainfall or after exposure to other materials.
Keep spare parts out of the reach of children.
Attention
Always make sure that the ground surface is suited for the intended use. Find a flat ground surface for the tent.
Only use the parts/materials supplied with the tent. Do not touch and/or work on the tarpaulin with sharp objects.
Rubber bungee cords are expendable parts and should therefore be replaced in the case of material fatigue. If you
are planning to assemble the tent in winter or in sub-zero temperatures, the tarpaulin should then be stored at a
minimal temperature of 10°C or more and unfolded at the same temperature. Failure to do so may result in the
tarpaulin cracking in the places where it has been folded.
Each country has its own rules for the assembly or construction of mobile (tents) and stationary buildings. Please
check with your local authority to ensure if any approvals are required for your intended use of the tent. In some
countries, a tent's size is a crucial determining factor during approval processes.
