CARTRIDGE OPERATION/FEATURES
Variable Shade Control
The shade can be adjusted from shade 5 to 13 based upon welding process or
application (refer to Shade selection chart on Page 10). Press the MODE button
to select Weld Mode. Press the SHADE button to select the desired shade
between 9 and 13 displayed on the LED scale. The scale will illuminate green
for Shade Control Mode.
Press the MODE button to select Cut Mode. Press the SHADE button to
select the desired shade between 5 and 8 displayed on the LED scale. The
scale will illuminate green for Shade Control Mode.
