e) Please note that DC welding machines have two forms of connection depending on the
material to be welded and indications from the electrode manufacturer: positive and
negative. Positive connection: the dough pliers connect to the "-" terminal, while the
electrode holders in the "+" terminal. Negative connection: the electrode holder (not
included) or electrode support in the terminal "-", the earth clamps the terminal "+". Choose
the appropriate mode according to the work situation. If an improper choice is made, it will
cause an unstable arc, more splashes and conglutination.
NOTE: If the distance from the workpiece and the machine is too large (10-50m), and the cables
are too long, please choose larger section cable to minimize loss and voltage.
OPERATION
a) Plug the welder plug into the socket.
b) Adjust the welding current with adjustment knob (4).
c) Generally, the welding current is suitable for the electrode according to the following:

Accessories, welding materials, environmental factor, power supplies may have something to
do with welding. The user should try to improve the welding environment.
1. Arc blow is hard and glue easily:
a) Check the quality of tungsten from the electrode.
b) If the electrode is not dry, it causes an unstable arc and increases the weld defect
and lowers the quality.
c) Using a long cable makes it difficult to pass the current and lowers the output
voltage.
2. Output current does not correspond to the nominal value:
When the input voltage differs from the nominal value, the output current will not
correspond to the nominal value; when the input voltage is less than the nominal value,
the maximum output currents will be less than the nominal value.
3. The current is not stabilizing when the machine is running:
a) The voltage of the power grid has been changed.
b) There is harmful interference from the electrical network to or other equipment
connected to the network.
