MACHINE DESCRIPTION

The welder is a rectifier with the most advanced inverter technology.
The development of welding equipment with inverter pair inverters makes use of the
development of the current inverter theory thanks to its IGBT components. The inverter welder
uses IGBT's component of high power to transform the 50/60Hz frequency of the input current
up to 30~50KHz, then reduces voltage and switches, produces going high-power current
through PWM technology. Achieving a large reduction in the weight and volume of the main
transformer and increasing efficiency by 30%. The appearance and shape of reverse welding
equipment is considered a revolution for the welding industry.
The power source of the welding or offers a stronger arc, concentrated and more stable. When
the distance between the electrode and workpiece is shorter, the response will be faster. This
means that it is easier to design a welder with different dynamic characteristics, and can even
be adjusted to make the arc more or less smooth.
The MMA welder has the following characteristics: effective, economical, compact arc, stable,
good welding capacity, high voltage without load, and good capacity for force compensation
and multipurpose. It can weld stainless steel, alloy steel, carbon steel, copper and other colour
metal. The electrodes of different specifications and materials, including acidity, alkalinity and
fibre, are replicated. Can be used in high altitude, outdoor and indoor with proper precautions.
Compared with other products this welder is compact, lightweight, easy to install and operate.

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS

The machine has a power voltage compensation system. When the power voltage fluctuation is
between ±15% of the rated voltage, the welder continues to operate normally.
When the machine is used with long cables, to prevent the downfall of voltage, a larger section
cable is suggested. If the cable is too long, it may affect the performance of the welder. Thus, it
is suggested cables of appropriate length and sections.
a) Make sure that the machine's ventilation grille is not blocked or covered to prevent the
cooling system from malfunctioning.
b) Make sure that the electrical installation where the machine will be connected is properly
grounded.
c) Properly connect the pliers to electrode (not included) or electrode holder according to the
illustration. Place the arc torch or electrode holder in the wiring socket in the"-" terminal
and secure it by turning it clockwise.
d) Fit the earth clamp cable the terminal "+" to the front panel, secure it by turning clockwise.
