TROUBLESHOOTING AND FAILURES PERCEPTION
Failure / Symptom
Power indicator off, fan does
not work
Power indicator is on, fan does
not work, no arc start.
Uneven welding outlet current
or out-of-control
potentiometer.
The fan is working and the
anomaly indicator is not lit, no
arc start.

arc start.
NOTE: Any repair to the machine must be performed by qualified electricians with valid
certification. Before maintenance, contact technical assistance for suggestions.
Solution
A. Check that the power switch is on. Check that the outlet on which the
welder is connected is working properly and does not have any fault.
A. The power cord is possibly connected to a voltage of 380V, which causes
the overvoltage protection circuit to start. Plug the cable into a 220V outlet.
B. An erratic power supply of 220V (the power cord is too thin and /or long)
or a cable not suitable for the machine's need will activate the overload
protection circuit. Increase the section of the power cord. Turn off the
machine for 2-3 minutes and switch back on.
C. Continuously turning the power switch on and off activates overload
protection. Switch off the machine for 2-3 min. and reconnect.
A. 1K potentiometer is damaged, replace it.
B. The output s of the ends may be damaged or with poor connection.
A. Check that the cables are connected.
B. Check that the contact between the dough pliers and the workpiece is
well done.
C. Check that the voltage between the power supply plate and the MOS card
(VH-07) is about DC 308V.
D. If the green indicator is not lit in the auxiliary power of the MOS card,
contact your supplier and replace it.
E. If there are problems with the control circuit, contact your supplier and
replace it.
A. The overload current protection may be active, turnoff the machine first,
turn the machine back on after the indicator is off.
B. Overheating protection may be active, wait 2-3min. Until the machine
cools down
C. The inverter circuit may be faulty. Contact technical assistance
