FUNCTIONING

SWITCh-ON

• After three minutes of inactivity, the machine enters the energy-saving state. To exit the energy-
saving state, press any key.

VACUUM CYCLE FOR PRESERVATION

Once the pack has been prepared inside the vacuum chamber as described in the "Prepara-
tion" chapter, close the lid exerting a slight pressure on the front and at the same time select the
key . The preservation vacuum cycle is started.
An acoustic signal (short beep) is emitted on cycle start.
