6. 4. 6 ASSEMBLY
NOTE: Total Blend sanitary lubricant, or equivalent must
be used when lubrication of parts is specified. Total
Blend can be used to lubricate parts and also as a
spline lubricant. Do not use more than one packet of
Total Blend per freezing cylinder.
NOTE: The United States Department of Agriculture and
the Food and Drug Administration require that lubri-
cants used on food processing equipment be certi-
fied for this use. Use lubricants only in accordance
with the manufacture's instructions.
1 Slide the drip tray into place.
2 Lubricate the tap piston, the hexagonal joint and the mixer
at the points indicated in figure 18 (B-Frozen 6) or figure 19 (B-
Frozen 10), using only the grease that came with the machine
or other grease for use with food.
3 Assemble the tap on the container in reverse order
compared to that shown in figure 18 and figure 19.
4 Replace the container gasket.
NOTE: The rim with the greater diameter must be rested on
the rear wall (see figure 20).

5 Assemble the hexagonal joint and then the mixer (see
figure 21).
6 Replace the container by pushing it towards the back wall,
making sure it fits properly onto the gasket. The locking lever
will be lowered until it rests on the drip tray surface. (see figure
22).
