INSTRUCTIONS
Toasting bread
•
Make sure the crumb tray is properly in place before using the toaster. It is located underneath
the heating elements and can be pulled out from the side of the toaster opposite the browning
control dial.
•
Place the toaster on a clean, stable and heat-resistant surface. Make sure that no liquids or
flammable objects are near the appliance.
•
Connect the toaster to a properly installed wall socket and switch on the power to the outlet.
•
Set the browning level with the browning control dial (Fig.1).
•
The browning level may be adjusted before or straight after pressing down the toasting lever.
Seven heating levels give you precise toasting results. Simply select your desired browning
level based on your needs.
NOTE: When using the toaster for the first time, select setting 3, and then adjust the setting for successive
toast cycles according to your preference. (Use a lower setting for thin slices.)
•
Place two bread slices side by side in the toasting slot and press the start/stop button to start
toasting. The bread guides will automatically adjust to hold the food place and it will automatically
lower down to toasting position.
Make sure the toaster is connected to your power supply and power is switched on at the
outlet, otherwise the toasting lever will not stay down to start toasting.
To stop the toasting cycle at any time, press the STOP button.
While the bread is being toasted, you can watch the process through the viewing window.
