Ordinary/ long term maintenance
MAINTENANCE
Maintenance must be carried out by quali ed personnel, following the prescriptions laid down
in this manual, observing good practice standards and using only original spare parts. It is the
user's obligation to always and in any case comply with the anti-accident regulations, making
use of protective devices and anything else required by the rules of hygiene and safety at work.
IMPORTANT: Every 50 hours of operation, the internal mechanisms of the head must be
lubricated using high temperature gear grease.
To apply the grease, follow the instructions in gure F.
Rotate the head so as to access the rear part ( g. F1) and identify the two holes V.
Unscrew the two screws W as indicated in gure F2. Using a syringe without a needle, as
shown in gure F3, insert the grease through the holes V. Re-tighten the screws W.
STORAGE
In case of prolonged periods of inactivity, exceeding 10 days, the machine must rst be
thoroughly cleaned, then protected, with a waterproof cloth, from dust and humidity and
nally placed in a dry place, protected from the sun and frost. The battery must be disconnect-
ed from the machine when it is not in use. The battery should be stored fully charged and
recharged every 3 months.
