Disposal instructions

Pursuant to art. 26 of Legislative Decree No. 49 of 14 March 2014
"Implementation of Directive 2012/19 / EU on Waste Electrical and
Electronic Equipment (WEEE)" and of Legislative Decree 188 of 20
November 2008. The logo with the crossed-out bin indicates the
obligation to separate waste electrical and electronic equipment
(WEEE). Electrical and electronic equipment may contain dangerous
and hazardous substances. Do not dispose of this appliance as
unsorted municipal waste. Return the product to an authorized
collection point for WEEE recycling. Doing so will help conserve
resources and protect the environment. Contact your dealer or local
authorities for more information. IBEA registration number in AEE
register IT14100000008614.
Please note that any batteries/accumulators present must be removed from the equipment,
where possible, before it is given as waste. The user can, therefore, give the equipment free of
charge, and any battery that has reached the end of its life, to the appropriate separate
collection centers for electrical and electronic waste. Alternatively, the user can return them to
the retailer in the following ways: for portable batteries and small appliances, or with at least
one external side not exceeding 25 cm in length, free delivery is provided, without obligation
to purchase, at shops with an area used for the sale of electrical and electronic equipment
exceeding 400 square meters. For smaller shops, this mode is optional. For equipment with
dimensions greater than 25 cm in length, delivery is foreseen to all points of sale in 1 vs 1
mode, i.e. delivery to the retailer can only take place upon purchase of a new equivalent
product, at the rate of one to one. The batteries (not supplied with the machine for E5000 L -
E5000 XL models) must be disposed of according to the laws in force in the user's country.
Adequate separate collection for the subsequent start-up of the equipment and of the
discarded batteries / accumulators for recycling, treatment and environmentally compatible
disposal, helps to avoid possible negative e ects on the environment and health and favors
reuse and / or recycling of the materials they are made of. Illegal disposal of equipment,
batteries and accumulators by the user involves the application of the penalties provided for in
the current legislation. EEE placed on the market after 13 August 2005.
