HDMI™ Matrix Switch 4 to 2 (4K @ 30 Hz)
• If the battery is accidentally dropped into water, remove
it immediately. Place the battery in a safe, open area and
stay away until it is completely dry. Do not reuse the dried
battery, but dispose of it as indicated in chapter 8.2.
2 Description and function
2.1 Product
The product is an HDMI™ matrix for switching between 4x
source devices and 2x output devices. The product also has a
3.5 mm and a Toslink connector for connecting additional audio
output devices and separate audio playback. The matrix can
be controlled via the buttons on the unit or the remote control.
2.2 Scope of delivery

ply, Charging cable, Remote control, 1x Lithium button cell

3 Intended use
This product is intended exclusively for private use
and its intended purpose. This product is not inten-
ded for commercial use. We do not permit using the
device in other ways like described in chapter „De-
scription and Function" or in the „Safety Instructions". Use the
product only in dry interior rooms. Not attending to these regu-
lations and safety instructions might cause fatal accidents, inju-
ries, and damages to persons and property.
4 Preparation
1. Check the scope of delivery for completeness and integrity.
2. Compare the specifications of all used devices and ensu-
re compatibility.
5 Connection and operation
5.1 Connection
NOTICE!
• Switch off the matrix before connecting or disconnecting
your source and output devices via the sockets.
See Fig. 2.
1. Connect up to four source devices to the HDMI™ sockets
(input) (10) of the matrix.
2. Connect up to two output devices to the HDMI™ sockets
(output B&A) (11+12) of the matrix.
To use the ARC function, the HDMI™ output A (12) of the ma-
trix must be connected to an ARC-compatible HDMI™ so-
cket of the TV.
3. Connect an audio output device (e.g. soundbar) to the Tos-
link socket (13).
4. Optionally, connect another audio output device (e.g. hi-fi
system) to the 3.5 mm jack socket (14).
Connection cables are not included in the delivery. Make sure
that the source and output devices as well as the connection
cables support the resolutions and standards of the product!
5. Connect the matrix via the power supply unit (15) and char-
ging cable (16) to a free and easily accessible socket.
6. Disconnect all cable connections after use.
5.2 Operation
• Press the button ON/OFF (1) to switch the matrix on or off.
• Press the button A (4) or B (5) to switch between the in-
put signals.
• Press the button ARC (6) to switch the ARC function on or off.
When the ARC function is active, no sound is transmitted to
the TV via the HDMI™ output A (12).
• Press the button TOSLINK/3.5mm (7) to switch the audio
output via the Toslink socket (13) and the 3.5 mm jack so-
cket (14) on or off.
If the audio signal is being output via the HDMI™ output B
(11), the 3.5 mm jack socket (14) cannot be controlled with
this button.

6 Remote control
6.1 Activating the remote control
• Pull the contact protector out of the battery compartment.
6.2 Buttons
: Press the button to switch the matrix on or off.
• Audio: Press the button to switch between the audio for-
mats 2.0, 5.1 and ADV.
• ARC: Press the button to switch the ARC function on or off.
• PIP, Select, Enter: These buttons control the quick selecti-
on. Press the button PIP to open a small window at the bot-
tom left of the screen with the available input signals. Press
the button Select to choose the desired input signal and
press the button Enter to confirm the selection.
If you select an input signal via the quick selection, it is auto-
matically displayed at both output devices.
• 1, 2, 3, 4 (OUT A & OUT B): Press the button to select the
corresponding input signal for output A or B.
• OUT A, OUT B: Press the button to switch the video signal
at output A or B on or off.
• A↔B: Press the button to select whether the audio signal
from output A or output B is transmitted via the Toslink and
3.5 mm jack socket.
If the ARC function is active, the Toslink socket always out-
puts the audio signal from output A.
6.3 Changing the battery
Replace the dead battery with a new one of the same type if
necessary.
1. Open the battery compartment by pushing the small lever
to the side and then pull out the battery compartment and
remove the empty battery.
2. Place the new battery in the battery compartment with the
positive pole facing upwards and slide the battery compart-
ment closed again.
3. Dispose of the empty battery properly.
7 Maintenance, Care, Storage and
Transportation
The product is maintenance-free.
NOTICE!
• Always disconnect the mains plug before cleaning.
• Only use a dry and soft cloth for cleaning.
• Do not use detergents or chemicals.
• Store the product out the reach of children and in a dry and
dust-protected ambience when not in use.
• Store cool and dry.
• Keep and use the original packaging for transport.

8 Disposal instructions

8.1 Product
According to the European WEEE directive, electrical
and electronic equipment must not be disposed with
consumers waste. Its components must be recycled or
disposed apart from each other. Otherwise contamina-
tive and hazardous substances can damage the health
and pollute the environment. As a consumer, you are commit-
ted by law to dispose electrical and electronic devices to the
producer, the dealer, or public collecting points at the end of
the devices lifetime for free. Particulars are regulated in natio-
