2.3. IMPORTANT - OUTLET CONNECTION
The outlet of this regulator is a "PARKER CP1 SINGLE FERRULE TUBE FITTING" suitable
for 6,3 mm 0/D tube only. Another outlet could be refrigerant W 11 x 1 ,25. The outlet on
the standard industrial S400 is G 3/8 male cone.

Use only tube suitable for gas and pressure service. {200 or 300 bar) The 300 bar tube
i s necessary to use for regulators with the in let pressure 300 bar and without relief
valve. {i. c. S2500 and JC 600- 300 bar).
Use only nut and ferrule supplied to secure tube into regulator outlet.
2.4. ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTION
1. Ensure olive and nut are correctly assembled on the regulators outlet nipple.
2. Ensure tube end is cut clean and square.
3. Insert the tube until it bottoms in the fi tting body.
4. Tighten the nut fi nger tight.
5. Further tighten the nut to 1.1/4 turns using suitable spanner.
6. Pressurise assembly and leak test.
3. REPAIRS
• Repairs of Cylinder Pressure Regulators shall be carried out by competent personnel
at an authorised Service or Repair Workshop. Only genuine spares may be used.
• Repairs or modifi cations carried out by the user or a non-authorised third party will
entail loss of liability.
4. WASTE MANAGEMENT
In accordance to Article 33 of REACH GCE, s.r.o. as responsible manufacturer shall
inform all customers if materials containing 0.1% or more of substances included in
the list of Substance of Very High Concern (SVHC). The most commonly used brass
alloys used for bodies and other brass components contain 2-3% of lead (Pb), EC no.
231-468-6, CAS no. 7439-92-1. The lead will not be released to the gas or surround-
ing environment during normal use. After end of life the product shall be scrapped by
an authorized metal recycler to ensure effi cient material handling with minimal impact
to environment and health. To date we have no information that indicates that other
materials containing SVHC of concentrations exceeding 0.1% are included in any GCE
product.
5. WARRANTY
The Standard Warranty period is two years from date of receipt by the GCE Customer
(or if this is not known 2 years from time of the product manufacture shown on the prod-
uct). The standard warranty is only valid for products handled according to Instruction
for use (IFU) and general industry good practice and standards.
