In particular situations, the chain and handle could reach high temperatures. It is recommended to
handle the chainsaw with care using protective gloves.
Warning!
If the branch to be cut is under tension, the bar could get stuck and the user loses control of the
chainsaw, with risk of serious injury.
Therefore, first make a lightening cut (1) on the pressure side (A), then a cross-cutting cut (2) on the
pulling side (B).
• Always keep the chainsaw at full speed.
• Do not cut using the end of the bar.
• Always use a chain with a low bounce tendency.
• Constantly check that the lubrication is working correctly.
• Release the trigger to stop the chain each time you change branches during pruning.
• While using the tool, keep every other part of the body at a minimum distance of 15 cm from the
chain.
• Keep passers-by and other people at a minimum distance of 1.5m.
