18. Warranty
The warranty covers 24 months for private users and 12 months for professional users. The warranty
covers mechanical parts, including battery, charger, electric motor and transmission mechanism. The
warranty is not valid in the following cases:
• Wrong use of the tool
• Maintenance not performed as indicated in this user manual
• Modifications made on the tool
• Tool damages even if caused by mistake
• Damages caused by reparations operated by unqualified people
• Natural events
• Lack of the battery charge with the required frequency
• Components subject to wear during normal use (eg chain, bar) are excluded from the warranty.
The warranty is valid only for products that have been registered through the website within 30 days of
the date of purchase.

The buyer must also keep a copy of the sales document (receipt, invoice) and of the warranty
registration: a copy of these documents must be delivered to the Dealer or Authorized Repairer
together with the machine to be repaired. In the absence of these documents, the machine will be
considered in any case out of warranty.
