Maintenance and care
•
Safety-relevant fittings must be checked regularly to ensure they are seated
firmly
and checked for wear. Depending on requirements, the attachment screws
must be tightened or faulty components must be replaced.
•
The mechanical locking function and smooth operation of the lock must be
tested, e.g. with the key, regularly (at least once per quarter).
Tappet contact
•
Electronic components must only be cleaned dry.
•
Inspect the contact surfaces on the tappet and frame part for cleanliness
and wear on a regular basis and grease at least 2x per year, e.g. with:
a) Klüber, Klüberelectric KR 44-22
b) Divinol, Profilube SL
c) Divinol F14 EP
d) Shell Gadus S2 V100
NOTICE!
The grease must be compatible with non-ferrous metals and plastics.

Mechanical automatic locking system
•
All moving parts and all accessible sliding parts of the lock system must be
greased (e.g. with the greases (b) or (c) mentioned above) at least 1x an-
nually - or more frequently, depending on the degree of stress - and tested
mechanically or electronically for function. To prevent a negative effect on
the corrosion protection of the fittings, only neutral cleaning and care agents
may be used, which do not contain any abrasives .
