Properties/Mode of action
The device relieves the back from the baby's weight.
The device ensures an adapted abdominal support: the
abdominal support bands closely fit the body throughout the
pregnancy and provide firm support for the abdomen.
Indications
Pregnancy-related low back pain.
Pregnancy-related pelvic girdle pain (posterior pelvic pain,
sacro-iliac pain, symphyseal pain).
Contraindications
Do not use in the event of known allergy to any of the
components.
Do not apply the product in direct contact with broken skin.
Precautions
Verify the product's integrity before every use.
Wear the device above thin clothing.
Do not use the device if it is damaged.
Strictly comply with your healthcare professional's prescription
and recommendations for use.
It is recommended that a healthcare professional adjust the
stays to the shape of the patient's back before the belt is worn
for the first time.
Do not wear the product in a medical imaging machine.
Do not wear the product while sleeping.
In the event of discomfort, significant hindrance, pain,
abnormal sensations, remove the device and consult a
healthcare professional.
It is recommended to adequately tighten the device to achieve
support without excessive compression.
Undesirable side-effects
This device can cause skin reactions (redness, itching,
irritations...).
Any serious incidents occurring related to the device should be
reported to the manufacturer and to the competent authority
of the Member State in which the user and/or patient is
resident.
Instructions for use/Application
Preparing the device
The abdominal support band already in place on the belt is
the band corresponding to a hip measurement of < 106 cm.
If it is the right size for you, go straight to the fitting instructions.
If your hip measurement is greater than 106 cm: remove the
abdominal band in place on the belt.
Replace it with the other one then attach it to the dorsal part of
the belt using one of the two self-fastening parts.
The two labels must face the same way.
The point of the "V" on the middle of the band must be

pointing downwards.
Adjustment of the additional strap
It is also possible to change the position of the discs located
at the back:
- If they are positioned high up, it is the top of your back that will

- If they are positioned low down, it is the bottom of your back

In the case of sciatica, it is possible to provide more active
support for the painful side by adjusting the additional strap
located on the same side.
Fitting the device
Position the belt using the finger loop.
The point of the "V" must be pointing downwards.
Fasten the belt and adjust it: the "V" must be vertically in line

with the navel.
The belt must be centred on the spine: the dorsal stays should
be positioned on either side of the spine.
If it is not, adjust using the centering tabs located on the back.
The bottom of the belt must stop at the top of the crease
between the buttocks.
For an adapted support, you can use the additional strap.
Pull the additional strap simultaneously and evenly.
Attach the tabs on the centre of the abdominal band.
The level of support can be adjusted as required throughout
the day.
Care
Close the self-fastening tabs before washing. Machine
washable at 30°C (delicate programme). Do not machine
wash the device more than 10 times. Do not dry clean. Do
not use detergents, fabric softeners or aggressive products
(products containing chlorine). Do not tumble-dry. Do not
iron. Squeeze out excess water. Dry away from any direct heat
source (radiator, sun, etc.). Dry flat.
Storage
Store at room temperature, preferably in the original
packaging.
Disposal
Dispose of in accordance with local regulations.
