Preparation
Cutting blade assembly
WARNING
The cutting blades size specified for
1
this tool is 4 / ". Never use a different type or size of
2
cutting blade. Otherwise, severe injury could be caused
or damage to the tool thus making your warranty void.
Never use washers and knobs that are damaged or not
the right size. To get excellent performance and safety
when using the tool, the knobs and washers included are
designed especially.
Use cutting blades with the right size and shape holes that
fit in the axis. Otherwise they could rotate in an exocentric
manner causing it to go out of control.
• Disconnect the tool.
• Remove the retaining screw and the outer flange with
the socket and the hexagon wrench.
• Set the cutting blade in the axis placing it firmly in the
inner flange. Verify that the direction arrow stamped on
the blade coincide with the arrow embossed in the tool
guard.
• Insert the outer flange in the axis.
• Set the fastening screw in the axis and tighten with the
wrenches.
• To remove the blades, reverse the steps.
After installing a new blade, and to verify if the tool is
working correctly, start the tool approximately one minute
without load.
Assembling the cutting lubrication system
• Disconnect the plug from the power outlet.
• Connect the water supply kit to the tool using the
supplied screw (2). Tighten firmly.
• With the faucet totally closed connect the faucet
adapter (3) to a garden hose or an exterior faucet.
The water supply valve (1) allows opening and closing
the water flow in order to lubricate the blade while
making a cut. The water supply should be delivered
from the sweet water mains.

Replace the blades immediately when worn.
CAUTION
It is not necessary to install the water
supply kit to make dry cuts.

only clean, sharp and
properly installed blades.
Have spare blades at hand
in order to always have
sharp blades available.
