3 Safety Notes
Repairs and replacement of parts carried out
by the user are his own responsibility. After
repairing or replacing parts, all prescribed
functional and safety checks must be carried
out.
For safety reasons, the supply
module can only be inserted or re-
moved 3 minutes after the power
supply of the BT300 card rack or
the SB30x system box has been
turned off.
At least 30 seconds should elapse
before switching on the device
again after it has been switched
off.
Appropriate transport, storage, in-
stallation and assembly, as well as
accurate operation are essential to
ensure proper and safe operation
of the product.
Only Rexroth authorized replace-
ment parts are to be used!
When using assemblies and com-
ponents, all necessary precautions
for ESD safety must be taken!
Avoid electrostatic discharges!
Modernization or changes could
affect the safety of the described
products!
This may cause severe personal
damage or damage to property or
to the environment. Therefore if the
system is to be altered or modern-
ized using equipment parts from
other manufacturers, permission
from Rexroth is required first..

Danger to life due to insufficient
emergency off devices!
Emergency off devices must be
maintained in an operative and ac-
cessible state in all modes of oper-
ation. A release of the emergency
off device must not cause an un-
controlled system restart! First
check the emergency off chain,
and then switch the device on!
Electrically damaged components
pose a health risk!
Do not destroy any installed com-
ponents. Damaged components
must be disposed of correctly.
Please observe the instructions
and regulations that are specific to
the system and the site and ensure
that all tools, lifting and transport
equipment are used as intended.
The standards, instructions and
accident prevention regulations
must be observed as well.
DANGEROUS ELECTRIC
VOLTAGES
Unless otherwise stated, mainte-
nance may only be carried out with
the system in the off state! It is im-
portant to ensure that the system
is not switched on accidentally or
without authorization.
If measuring or testing work needs
to be conducted on the active sys-
tem, then these are to be carried
out by qualified electricians.
