SET UP
Assembly
1.
Install the vibration mounts. Thread the flange bolt
through the vibration mount and then through the
frame. Firmly secure the bolt to the frame with the
M8 nut. Tighten. DO NOT over tighten. See Figure A.
Repeat for the remaining mount( 4 total).
2.
Slide one of the Hose Coupling Rings over one of the
Hose Couplers, then place a Gasket on the end of the
Hose Coupler. See Figure B.

3. Thread the Hose Coupling Ring onto the Intake Port,
and turn clockwise until fastened securely .

4. Slide one of the Hose Clamps over the end of the
suction hose. Slide the Hose onto the Hose Coupler.
Use a screwdriver (not included) to tighten the Hose
Clamp until secure. See Figure D.

5. Slide the threaded Hose Coupler onto the Intake
Strainer and thread it securely in place, turning
clockwise. Slide a Hose Clamp overthe end of the
suction hose. Slide the Intake Strainer into the end
of the suction hose. Use a screwdriver to tighten
the Hose Clamp until secure.

6.
For the discharge hose, slide a Hose Coupling
Ring over the remaining Hose Coupler and place a
Gasket onto the end of the Hose Coupler(all not
included). See Figure F.
7.
Thread the Hose Coupling Ring clockwise onto
the Discharge Port until tightened securely.

8.
Slide a Hose Clamp over the end of the Discharge
Hose. Slide the Discharge Hose onto the Hose
Coupler. Use a screwdriver to tighten the Hose
Clamp until secure. See Figure H.
